To ensure a timely return or exchange, please refer to the following guidelines:

support@brooksrandinc.com the reason for your return and to receive a service work order (SWO) number for tracking purposes.
Securely pack all items being returned, in the original package if possible. Reference the SWO number prominently on the outside of the packaging.

Once we receive the return and have determined that it has not been used, or assess any defect claim, your credit card or account will be refunded the full amount, minus the outbound shipping and handling charges. If the item is an exchange, you are responsible for the inbound and outbound S/H costs for the second shipment.

In general, returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days from the invoice date. One of the following conditions must apply:
Item is unused and in like-new condition (e.g. MERX vials should be returned unused and in their sealed case).
Item is defective, or damaged in shipping
The wrong item was shipped
In the case of glassware or chemicals broken in shipping, sending a picture of the damaged item is all that is necessary. Include pictures documenting damage, if any, to the shipping container.
If we are at fault for the return of the merchandise, you will not be billed for outbound shipping and handling charges. If the item is an exchange, you are responsible for the inbound and outbound S/H costs for the second shipment.
At our discretion there may be a 10% restocking fee assessed on returned merchandise.
